The goal of this work is to analyze youth sport as a virtuous design model for building a young man first, and then an adult, through pro-social, positive and proactive behaviors, for an individual and a collective growth and development. Sports planning as a virtuous educational model must involve institutions, families, sports organizations and parents, all active players in this pedagogical project where sport, especially team sport, is proposed as a powerful, economically advantageous, appealing and easily usable tool for everyone.

Abstract
