The article examines the discipline of administrative litigation in the Italian colonial law, in particular the historical evolution consisting on the passage from the overseas professional justices to colonial administrative officers. It is also studied the relationship between judges who worked at the Italian courts and those established in the colonies, especially regarding the system of appeals. Finally, are analyzed some profiles of differentiation of the administrative justice in the Colonial Eritrea, which is very close to the Italian colonial experience in Somalia, compared to the peculiarities of the judiciary in the Italian-made colonial sub-model of the Libya.

Abstract
