Tanto vicini, così lontani: riconnettere gli spazi della città

"Kurze Wege" is the pattern; the location is in Rubiera, a municipality in the city of Reggio Emilias with 14.559 inhabitants and a size of 25,31 square kilometer. The roman "Via Emilia" and the railway Milano-Bologna run through this country town and divide part of the new residential areas from the historic center, where all the shops and services are located. We propose a new connection between these two parts of the town, reducing walking time to join one from the other, improving the access to the historic center. Plans enclosed could better explain the concept so shortly described.
