Le molteplici facce del disastro: strumenti e misure

The many faces of the disaster: tools and measures. The relationship between climate change and environmental disaster is undeniable. Climate change causes many environmental disasters and they contribute to climate change. It's important to collect and systematize data and information regarding environmental disasters, share them on the network and, based on these knowledges, work to develop enforcement actions. Attending the course of land and environmental planning at the department of engineering and applied sciences of the university of Bergamo we have collected a lot of information about environmental disasters. We have divided them in natural disasters, anthropic disasters or the combination of the two cases. The research is not and cannot be exhaustive, but it is proposed as a paperwork, that can be implemented as regards both the type of disaster, as the materials that tell the specific cases. A enriched document with insights and specific themes related to disciplines involved. With one goal: to raise awareness of environmental issues to reduce, with conscious behavior, the occurrence of environmental disasters and fight climate change. The documentation available at the moment is mainly composed of Italian disasters with a focus on the Lombardy, an Italian region, but also other disasters are reported in an international context. The last column of the card is designed to attached a file, contained a web links and the materials used to organize the document. The purpose is to simplify the job for to anybody wants to engage on this issue by providing an overview of reference, even if is incomplete.
