TOWARD A HUMAN RESOURCE TRAINING PARADIGM FOR THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY: a complex and integral approach between EDGAR MORIN E KENNETH EARL WILBER. The aim of the thesis is to improve the way of thinking and practicing human resources training in Italy. There is currently no accepted paradigm but a fragmentation of initiatives. Also it can be said that these initiatives are not tailored to the needs of the twenty-first century. To do this I set out to hybridize Edgar Morin and Kenneth Wilber theories as outstanding representatives of the category of synoptic thinkers. I was forced to incorporate a broad introduction to the Integral Studies, Integral Theory and AQAL framework for the Italian public. The thesis proposes 1) a training-needs analysis of the twenty-first century, 2) a hybridization-grid of the three principles of complex thought with the three principles of the Integral Methodological pluralism, 3) the explanation of the need for a permanent trainers’ training, 4) the hypothesis for a new paradigm. The hypothesis focuses on four phases: PHASE 0 or phase of trainers’ training following Integral Life Practices principles; PHASE 1 or phase of analysis through psychograph and sociograph, levels/states diagram, typologies ; PHASE 2 or listening phase of the client; PHASE 3 or “metabletichs” phase which contains the vertical development on postformal thought, ethical development, post-formal performance, the horizontal development of mindfulness in the waking, dreaming and dreamless state, the development of a “tetrafocale” divided attention on the four quadrants; PHASE 4 or evaluation phase

Abstract
The hypothesis focuses on four phases: PHASE 0 or phase of trainers’ training following Integral Life Practices principles; PHASE 1 or phase of analysis through psychograph and sociograph, levels/states diagram, typologies ; PHASE 2 or listening phase of the client; PHASE 3 or “metabletichs” phase which contains the vertical development on postformal thought, ethical development, post-formal performance, the horizontal development of mindfulness in the waking, dreaming and dreamless state, the development of a “tetrafocale” divided attention on the four quadrants; PHASE 4 or evaluation phaseFile | Dimensione del file | Formato | |
