This collection of essays, which derives from a series of seminars held at the University of Bergamo, deals with the question of the economic crisis in its relationship with the crisis of the mainstream economic theories. The theoretical basis of these contributions refers to a heterogeneous number of authors, from Keynes to Kalecki, from the Classical Political Economy to Marx, from Minsky to Schumpeter or Fisher, even to (unexpectedly) some aspects of Hayek’s and Mises’ thought.
