This talk is focused on the assessment of the spatio-temporal dynamics and the scaling characteristics of the seismic activity associated with the volcanic eruption occurred during 2011 in El Hierro (Canary Islands, Spain). We use tools derived from the concepts of non-extensive statistical physics and multifractality.
