The paper presents the results of an action research project, titled “Inclusive School”, promoted by a group of research of the University of Bergamo in collaboration with the GLIP and seven schools based in Bergamo. In particular, the article would like to show how the mentioned project has provided an important opportunity to each school to rethink itself, its educational action and organization, to reread their own choices and teaching practices in light of two powerful concepts: inclusion and personalized learning.
