Verso una pedagogia della psicosi

In this discussion we want to describe how the psychotic closure of Carla allowed the care team to create an educational perspective that allowed the patient to reconstruct her life history and an employment. This happened thanks to the integration between the functional integration method of Zapparoli which was used to approach the patient's psychosis, the pedagogical reflection that became indispensable for understanding the person and a good dose of intuition that had guided the operator to transform a treatment project for a psychiatric patient into an educational perspective for the person. What emerged from this path was the belief that only when the psychiatric patient feels "a person" and not the object of treatment he provides that secret that can be useful to the care team to understand how a human being can reach states of completeness.

Il lavoro per lo psicotico, lo psicotico al lavoro o la persona che sceglie il lavoro? In questa trattazione si vuole descrivere come la chiusura psicotica di Carla abbia permesso all’équipe di cura di creare una prospettiva educativa che ha consentito alla paziente la ricostruzione della propria storia di vita e la nascita di un’occupazione. Ciò è avvenuto grazie all’integrazione tra il metodo dell’integrazione funzionale di Zapparoli che è servito per avvicinarsi alla psicosi della paziente, alla riflessione pedagogica che si è resa indispensabile per comprendere la persona e ad una buona dose di intuizione che aveva guidato l’operatore a trasformare un progetto di cura per una paziente psichiatrica in una prospettiva educativa per la persona. Ciò che è nato da questo percorso è stata la convinzione che solo quando il paziente psichiatrico si sente “persona" e non oggetto di trattamento egli fornisce quel segreto che può essere utile all’équipe di cura per comprendere come un essere umano può raggiungere stati di compiutezza.
