Knowledge management insists on the dynamic and situated character of everyday practices, in which complex sociomaterial networks composed by human actors, technological artefacts and symbolic systems are embodied. There is growing awareness that the self-determination space of professionals is limited by the complexity of this interactive network. It is required to develop competences that facilitate the transition from the traditional culture of professions to a vision that takes into account the current organizational and social complexity. These are morphogenetic competences, able of acting cultural change and of reflexively refocusing the practice: reflexivity (applied to situated practice); service (create collective value); hybridation (merge of different professional cultures); sense-making (shared symbolic frames); and finally, cooperation (collaboration as the goal).
Il management della conoscenza insiste sulla natura dinamica e processuale delle pratiche quotidiane, in cui sono incorporati complesse reti socio materiali, composte da attori umani, artefatti tecnologici e sistemi simbolici. Cresce la consapevolezza che lo spazio di autodeterminazione del singolo professionista è limitato dalla complessità del reticolo interattivo in cui si trova inserito. Diviene necessario sviluppare competenze in grado di facilitare la transizione dalla cultura tradizionale delle professioni ad una visione che tenga conto dell’attuale complessità organizzativa e sociale. Si tratta di competenze morfogenetiche capaci di agire il cambiamento culturale e di riorientare riflessivamente la pratica: reflexivity (applicata alla pratica situata); service (creare valore collettivo); hybridation (convivenza di professionalmente distinte); sense-making (cornici simboliche condivise); e, infine, cooperation (la collaborazione come fine).
