This article aims at analysing the link between experience and work and demonstrating that the temptation to reduce work to secondary human activity is based on the impoverishment of our idea of experience. Only through a re-signification of the idea of experience, it is possible to think the work process as an activity of the human being due to show her potentialities in an integral and harmonious way.
