The article considers the growing popularity of the so-called "memes with sound" in Runet (i.e. "Russian Internet») concerning the issues of accentuation since April 2019. In my opinion, it represents a significant element of reflection on the sociolinguistic evolution of the modern Russian language, because if the goal of Russian literature models (such as "padonki" or "Olbanian language") is the violation of the rules of the Russian standard language in the name of linguistic evolution, the new sound memes seem to pursue the opposite goal — their defense, at least with regard to orthoepy

Abstract
