La struttura del Governo

The paper analyses in brief the structure of the Italian Government on the basis of the synthetic discipline dictated by the Constitution and of the broader regulation established by the Act of Parliament no. 400 of 1988. In particular the article focuses on the role and functions of the fundamental organs of Government, the relationship between them and the characteristics of the unnecessary components of Government, reaching the conclusion that the Act no. 400 has not proved sufficient to solve all the problems left open by the general and indefinite constitutional provision and by political practice.
