The article explores the biography of Tommaso Fiore, an intellectual who was one of the most influential exponents of the so-called Italian meridionalismo. The main purpose is to trace fiore’s political and theoretical journey during the Postwar years, by focusing on his programmatic trajectories. In line with this main goal, the article uses primary sources and journalistic ones, by connecting them with the most recent historiographical debate.
