Toward a process model of social capital actuation

We conceptually explore the process of extracting social capital value through actuation – activation of contact and resources mobilization through social network. By examining individual social capital perception and dyadic interaction leading to social exchange, we delve into social capital dynamics and shed light on the mechanisms of this strategic resource.
