The article analyzes the connections between the novel "The Museum of Innocence" by Orhan Pamuk and the museum designed by him in Istanbul as some sort of pop-up, three-dimensional chapter of the novel itself. It traces the origins for the museums' obsession throughout Pamuk's literary production, underlining the deep sense of redemption traced in it by Nobel Prize winner author.
