Il primario interesse del minore nell’adozione internazionale

The essay analyzes the phenomenon of international adoption from the perspective of the best interest of the child to have a family, highlighting the role of pedagogical research in providing increasingly suitable tools to achieve positive adoptive paths. The second part of the essay focuses on post-adoptive problems, especially the entry of the child into the school; we will focus on the rules designed to achieve the acceptance and enhancement of the student adopted.

Il saggio analizza il fenomeno dell'adozione internazionale nella prospettiva del superiore interesse del minore ad avere una famiglia, evidenziando il ruolo della ricerca pedagogica nel fornire strumenti sempre più adatti a realizzare percorsi adottivi positivi. La seconda parte del saggio si sofferma sulle problematiche post-adottive, in modo particolare l'ingresso del minore nella scuola; ci soffermeremo sulle norme che sono state elaborate per realizzare l'accoglienza e la valorizzazione dell'alunno adottato.
