The paper is aimed at identifying with the method of diairesis the veining of the theoretical and practical relation between education and instruction, and vice versa. In both the cases, the real issue at stake isn’t, as in each téchne poietiké, producing, making something based on a purpose and through a method, but acquiring directly, taking possession, defeating with a «hard battle» the knowledge, both descriptive and normative, to convert it in valid life, examples, and meaningful testimonies of personal competences. This happens in different manners for the teacher and the student with morphological symmetry, that becomes a litmus paper of a Pedagogy not intended as schwarze Pädagogik.
