Different electrolyte as well as electrode materials for IT-SOFC were prepared and their electrical properties related to both structure and microstructure. The used techniques appears to be enough suitable to investigate the main characteristics of the materials and the obtained results are proper tools to drive their choice. The promising result in the forecasting the electrolyte electrical properties open new prospects to reduce the costs in the experiment design.
