As firms can hardly ensure the sustainability of their products and activities, the whole supply chain has to be responsible. Relationship management, collaboration, and governance mechanism acquire great importance in this scenario. The present work initialises a systematic literature review that aims to map the knowledge on how the firms along the supply chain interact with each other. In order to achieve this goal, a tool is presented as a viable option to carry out transparently and objectives some steps along the process.
