After a brief introduction on discriminatory phenomena, the article focuses on the complex relationship between gender, work and labor process, also highlighting the importance of adequate regulatory provisions and measures that also avoid cases of secondary victimisation. The text aims to underline in particular how fundamental it is to adopt a gender perspective also in the procedural field in order to effectively combat gender discrimination.
