The chapter reflects upon the challenges of exhibiting the migration-related heritage within an institutional context. It critically analyses the installation by contemporary artist Massimo Ricciardo in the Kunsthistoirsches Institut in Florence, in regard to the role of photography, the pitfalls of displying somebody else's heritage, the spatial and architectural aspects.
