I new way of work: rischi psicosociali, i bore out e il lavoro

The text starting from the notion of health developed by the OMS addresses the issue of well-being at work in the New way of work (NewWoW), briefly focusing on the most well-known psycho-social risks and then reflecting on the phenomenon of bore-out and on the problems that organizations are facing in the phase of physical return to work.

Il testo partendo dalla nozione di sanità elaborata dalla OMS affronta il tema del benessere al lavoro nelle New Way of work (NewWoW) soffermandosi brevemente sui più noti rischi psico sociali per poi riflettere sul fenomeno del bore-out e sulle problematiche che le organizzazioni si trovano ad affrontare nella fase di rientro fisico al lavoro.
