La compartecipazione amministrativa nell’ambito sociale: inquadramento e nuove prospettive. Verso una co-amministrazione?

Title VII of d.lgs. 117/2017, c.d. Code of the Third Sector, regulates the forms of involvement of ETS and collaborative relations with PPAA, thus opening the way to new forms of social partnership and the affirmation of a new legal paradigm, which is based on the principles of solidarity and horizontal subsidiarity. The institutions examined are: co-planning, coprogramming, accreditation and convention. These are necessary in relation to procurement procedures, which follow the more traditional public evidence scheme, in particular with the procurement of social services.
