A greater ability to think divergently seems to bring benefits both in the psychological and in the cognitive domain throughout the lifespan. In particular, studies on older adults confirm the role of creativity as a valid support in active aging. The aim of the study is to investigate the possible role of creativity in promoting active aging through a new training that stimulates divergent thinking skills.
