Le privatizzazioni nel processo di trasformazione del Diritto amministrativo. Alcune osservazioni al tempo della crisi economico-finanziaria globale

The paper examines the influence of the phenomenon of privatization on the categories of public law in general and, in particular, of administrative law, with special attention to the use of privileged istruments of private law in the transformation of public enterprises in the Italian context, but also with some references to foreign experiences and indications of comparative law. The current economic and financial crisis, both domestic and international, have made even more urgent the problem of how to deal with the node - still no (fully) dissolved - of liberalization and privatization in the Italian legal system
