This paper aims to present the reflections of various authors on the critical re-edition edited by Lorenzo Cantatore, of the Giuseppe Lombardo Radice’s work Lezioni di didattica e ricordi di esperienze magistrale. This text, focused on educational and didactic issues, was written in the cultural scenario of late Positivism and in the background of a lively pedagogical season. Starting from the re-reading of Lombardo Radice’s work, Cantatore proposes a new and in some ways not traditional reflection, full of interesting critical insights.
