In this paper we define some soft aggregation operators for combining Web search results organized into granules of distinct resolution. We propose to use them to perform personalised explorations of the contents retrieved by distinct queries to possibly distinct search engines on the Internet. We further represent their application within the context of a metasearch system, named Matrioshka, and discuss their semantic and utility by representing their results through the aid of multi-granular graphs.

Abstract
In this paper we define some soft aggregation operators for combining Web search results organized into granules of distinct resolution. We propose to use them to perform personalised explorations of the contents retrieved by distinct queries to possibly distinct search engines on the Internet. We further represent their application within the context of a metasearch system, named Matrioshka, and discuss their semantic and utility by representing their results through the aid of multi-granular graphs.Pubblicazioni consigliate
