This articles aims to analyse the contribution of Anrei Makine's writings and experience to the topic of bilingual writers. The main fact of Makine's life, together with some of the topics and problems he deepens in his novels make us think that his works, even if written in French, witness a very deep focusing on the topic of Russian literary space and the main motivs of Russian literature. The article aims to show that, even not using Russian, Makine in his novels depicts in a very singular intime way his Sibery, where he was born.
