The contribution offers a translation of one of Brinkmann's poems on Italy, written at the time of his stay in Rome and published in Westwärts 1&2 (1975). The text has a subversive nature and exploits negative stereotypes in order to portrait the life in Rome. The author shows the avantgardistic attitude of his patchwork of images in order to express the uneasiness of contemporary world.
Il contributo offre una traduzione di una delle poesie di Brinkmann sull'Italia, scritte al tempo del suo soggiorno romano e successivamente pubblicate nel volume Westwärts 1&2 (1975). Il testo ha carattere sovversivo e mette in evidenza alcuni stereotipi negativi per descrivere la vita a Roma. L'autore mostra la propria attitudine sperimentale nel creare un assemblaggio letterario di immagini per esprimere il disagio del mondo contemporaneo.
