La verità come “disvelamento”. Aristotele, Heidegger e l’esserci autentico

Searching for a definition of the original "movedness" of life, in the 1920s Heidegger ‘goes back’ to Aristotle’s writings and finds in them a concept of truth as ἀλήθεια, "unconcealment" of Being, which he will develop through his entire path of thinking. Heidegger intends all of Aristotle’s theories from an ontological point of view. Consequently, he interprets the virtues expounded in the "Nichomachean Ethics" as uncovering behaviours, by means of which being-there uncovers Being. Furthermore, Heidegger understands the circularity between ἦθος and φρόνησις, outlined by Aristotle, in terms of the essential bound between authentic existence and understanding of its own Being by being-there. Finally, Heidegger sketches the figure of an authentic being-there by lingering on the orator and politician described by Aristotle. Thus, he enhances the community dimension of existence that remains mostly hidden within the framework of Heidegger’s question of Being.

Alla ricerca di una definizione della "motilità" originaria della vita, negli anni Venti Heidegger "ritorna" agli scritti aristotelici e vi scorge una concezione della verità come ἀλήθεια, "dis-velamento" dell’essere, che rielaborerà nel corso di tutto il suo cammino di pensiero. Ontologizzando le teorie di Aristotele, Heidegger intende le virtù esposte nell’"Etica Nicomachea" come atteggiamenti in cui l’esserci disvela l’essere. Egli interpreta la circolarità individuata da Aristotele tra l’ἦθος e la φρόνησις nel senso del legame essenziale che sussiste tra l’esistenza autentica dell’esserci e la comprensione del più proprio essere da parte di quest’ente. Heidegger abbozza infine la figura di un esserci autentico soffermandosi sul retore politico descritto da Aristotele. Egli valorizza così quella dimensione comunitaria dell’esistenza che rimane per lo più in ombra nello sviluppo della "Seinsfrage".
