Tutoraggio orientativo negli ITS Academy. Due esempi paradigmatici

The reform of Higher TVET and the PNRR funding have strengthened short-cycle tertiary education. In this branch of our education and training system, which is so oriented to the labor market, the career guidance provided by tutors is strategic. This contribution analyzes two cases (an Academy in the mechanical technology area and another in the fashion sector), highlighting the diversity of two possible interpretations of the tutor's role.

La riforma dell’Istruzione Tecnologica Superiore (ITS) e i finanziamenti del PNRR hanno rafforzato la formazione terziaria non accademica. In questo segmento del nostro sistema d’istruzione e formazione, così proiettato verso il mondo del lavoro, la funzione orientativa dei tutor degli studenti è strategica. Il contributo analizza due casi (un’ITS Academy nell’area tecnologica meccanica e una nell’area della moda), mettendo in risalto la diversità di due possibili interpretazione del ruolo.
