Enabled by the ongoing enhancements in the fields of digitalization and AI, Industry 5.0 emphasizes human-centric, resilient, and green industrial transition, requiring innovative educational frameworks to equip professionals with the necessary skills and competences. Based on the concept of a learning cube equipped with gamification elements this paper defines learning objectives, curriculum structures, and learning pathways tailored to different professional levels, ensuring alignment with Industry 5.0 and European Qualifications Framework (EQF). By integrating interdisciplinary knowledge, future competences, and sustainability considerations, we propose and evaluate a collaborative approach to education that fosters green, human-centric and resilient development of industries. The developed concept of the 5.0 learning cube is evaluated by key experts in the field of Industry 5.0. The learning cube supports both initial training and continuous upskilling, facilitating a workforce ready for the challenges of Industry 5.0.
