Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We wished to understand the difficulties encountered by autistic students, exploring well-being and social participation. A total of 25 autistic students took part in this study, divided into 2 groups: supported or not by Atypie Friendly program. No significant difference was observed between the 2 groups. Then we matched autistic students supported by the program with a third group of students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The results indicate significant differences in terms of wellbeing and social participation. These results therefore indicate specific characteristics among autistic students, which need to be taken into account to succeed at university.

Abstract
Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We wished to understand the difficulties encountered by autistic students, exploring well-being and social participation. A total of 25 autistic students took part in this study, divided into 2 groups: supported or not by Atypie Friendly program. No significant difference was observed between the 2 groups. Then we matched autistic students supported by the program with a third group of students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The results indicate significant differences in terms of wellbeing and social participation. These results therefore indicate specific characteristics among autistic students, which need to be taken into account to succeed at university.| File | Dimensione del file | Formato | |
