Statistical and data literacy are increasingly important, yet probabilistic reasoning and predictive modeling remain challenging for secondary-school students. This paper presents a table football-based laboratory of activities with a twofold aim. First, to introduce students to the concepts of probability, uncertainty, and statistical learning through hands-on data collection and real-time prediction in individual-shot and team-based match activities. Specifically, logistic regression models are used to estimate scoring and winning probabilities, fostering student engagement and supporting the understanding of statistical learning concepts by means of a sport platform. Second, the creation of structured datasets can be leveraged for data-driven approaches to initiate a sports analytics research line in competitive table football - a largely unexplored discipline - aimed at supporting strategic decision-making.
