Abstract
Il discorso medico, più di altre espressioni della comunicazione specialistica, è costituito da realizzazioni testuali eterogenee e diversificate che si distinguono tra loro, da un lato, per la diversa enfasi attribuita ad aspetti epistemologici alla base della disciplina − e ciò influenza il modo in cui nozioni, attività e ruoli sono concettualizzati e linguisticamente rappresentati − e, dall’altro, per l’effetto e il tipo di risposta che determinati contenuti disciplinari suscitano in contesti particolari (ad esempio, nell’ambito della ricerca, in quello pedagogico, in quello della pratica medica). Il presente volume analizza aspetti rilevanti della comunicazione medica in tali ambiti.
