Abstract
Digital natives are more and more often experiencing new ways of reading. They are offered a large number of stimulating and captivating digital literary products, whose interest should be considered first of all from a pedagogical point of view. In this research I will focus on the most recent of these products, the Book App, in order to study both its pedagogical value and the possibilities it offers of an immersive reading experience. These Book Apps are interesting from a didactic point of view also because the reader can choose to read them in two or more languages. Finally, the translation of these Book Apps is an interesting aspect, calling for further researches. Indeed, book App translators do not have to translate only a text, but the complex synergic relationship between text, images, animations, sounds, music: such a plurisemiotic environment have been called in this study the Book App « icono »-letter.File | Dimensione del file | Formato | |
