Preliminary findings suggest that collaborations with ITS Academy enhance youth employability, drive organizational innovation, and support socio-economic growth. The study concludes by proposing an educational model that values individual competencies and promotes equal dignity between academic and vocational pathways, aligning with the concept of holistic education.

Abstract
The Vocational Education and Training (VET) system in Italy has undergone significant transformations in recent years, with ITS Academy at the forefront of reforms aimed at reducing youth unemployment and enhancing the integration of theoretical and practical learning. This study focuses on the impact of collaborations between ITS Academy and enterprises, examining the organizational, educational, and innovative transformations resulting from these partnerships. Through a pedagogical and interdisciplinary analysis, the paper highlights the role of the dual learning model and "boundary-crossing" actors in fostering synergies between education and work. Based on a case study of the ITS Academy IATH in Cernobbio, the paper explores how training programs centered on personalization, innovation, and sustainability address the needs of businesses in strategic sectors. Preliminary findings suggest that collaborations with ITS Academy enhance youth employability, drive organizational innovation, and support socio-economic growth. The study concludes by proposing an educational model that values individual competencies and promotes equal dignity between academic and vocational pathways, aligning with the concept of holistic education.Pubblicazioni consigliate
