The intent of the present study is to explore the dimension of plurality in Carlo Michelstaedter’s work. The paper will thus consider Michelstaedter’s use of Greek language, the overall dichotomic organization of his thought, and the role of Heraclitus’s enantiodromia in the development of his philosophy. Finally, a comparison with Gian Giacomo Menon’s ideas of language and authenticity will be provided.
